Charnice joined Blue Heron in 2021 as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator. Previously, she worked in recruitment and benefits in the academic and healthcare sector. She has a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College and graduated with distinction with an MS in Human Resources Management from Long Island University.
